Ingredients:
1 packet of Japanese oyster mushrooms (washed)
Oil for frying
Batter:
5 tablespoons rice flour
3 tablespoons water
Pinch of salt
A drop of yellow food colouring
Directions:
1. Prepare batter in a medium mixing bowl
by adding rice flour,water,salt and food colouring.
2. Heat up pan for shallow frying.
3. Coat the each mushroom with the batter evenly.
4. Drop each mushroom gently into hot oil.
5. Fry till golden for 2-3 mins each side.
Enjoy it as a side or on it own..
